The gift vouchers will be couriered out within two days after the order is received.  You can check participating members by looking for this logo (right) on their www.dinefind.co.nz listing, or contact your desired dining destination to check their participation in this scheme. Participating establishments will also display a sticker as shown (below).

The gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. They have a one year expiry date.Please present the voucher at the time of arrival at your dining destination.

Returns Policy

Please make your selections carefully as we are unable to refund your purchases once your order has been processed. Please ensure that your vouchers are kept in a safe place as we are unable to replace lost vouchers.

Delivery Policy

Delivery can only be made within New Zealand. We will not deliver to any address we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using New Zealand Post or Courier Post. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for loss or damage to vouchers that are delivered to an incorrect address.
