Exciting news in Moeraki at
Our crayfish season started 21st June (on the shortest day) and goes thru to 19th
November or until the local fisherman catch their quota.
The fisherman land the crayfish meters from the kitchen, each afternoon.
They look wonderful and taste delicious!
