The Christmas trees are away for another year, and with the second month of 2010 upon us we now move onto the next celebration.
Valentines Day, this year is celebrated on a Sunday and Bravo as well as opening during the day will open Sunday evening for this special occasion.

Valentines Day
Tatler’s chef has created a tantalizing menu featuring traditional romantic ingredients & oysters, smoked salmon, strawberries, chocolate, with a 375 ml bottle of Veuve Clicquot on arrival. For the first couples to book, we will also present a long-stemmed red rose on arrival.
This special menu, priced at just $160 per couple, is available on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 February.

Did you know Prime is open for lunch over the summer? There’s a tempting new menu with lots of brunch favorites including the popular Build your own Breakfast option.

Private Dining
Prime and Tatler each has a professional team of chefs and function managers who are experienced at running weddings, corporate events and dinner parties. We can host private dinners for 10 or cocktail parties for 300.
With the recent refurbishment of Tatler’s Spectator Room, we can now seat 40 guests – 28 in the main room and 12 on the heated, covered balcony.
