The festival is designed to allow hunters and their friends to have their catch cooked professionally, enjoyed in the beautiful surroundings of the restaurant – and not a hot stove or a dish in sight!
How it works: Hunters can make a booking with the restaurant, and deliver the bird 24 - 48 hours before the meal. This allows the chef time to properly prepare the dish, for you and your guests.

At suite. Between 12 – 2, Tuesday - Friday, they run a fast lunch menu for $10.00. You get food and either a glass of wine, steinlarger pure or non alcoholic drink (make some yummy iced teas).
The food comes out quickly, and the atmosphere is a lively corporate crowd. In addition, they are run a corporate happy hour from 4 - 7, where they give away free pizza, as well as providing reduced rates on beer and wine.

Harvest time In the Hawks Bay!
After the fantastic autumn growing conditions the olive harvest is beginning, Telegraph Hill have processed their first fruit of the season. This was a trial on a limited amount of big green olives (called Ouvo de Pidgione). This is the first time they have tried to produce these olives as large green olives and Initial tests show they are coming up very well, holding their colour and texture with a fresh nutty flavour.
In two weeks they will be harvesting their first Kalamata crop, an estimated 300 kg of Kalamata growing on 68 trees around the Olivery. This is really exciting news as this is the first time their young trees have been harvested (they are only 4.5 year old) and Kalamata olives are a very hard trees to get a crop on in
The main crop of 15 tones of Manzanillo olives will begin harvesting on 18th May.
