Pegasus Bay Winery

Pegasus Bay Winery is a family owned and operated winery, vineyard and restaurant in the Waipara Valley, New Zealand.

Our intention is to give diners a total food and wine experience. We have an emphasis on freshness and simplicity, using predominantly local and home grown ingredients. The menu is created around our wine list, each dish being matched with a suggested wine. It changes regularly to utilise seasonal ingredients whilst giving our diners variety.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is warm, with the use of recycled rimu and a large open fire. Contemporary works from some of New Zealand s leading artists hang on the walls. These pieces change regularly. There is also an extensive outdoor area with breathtaking gardens, a natural amphitheatre and unique wetlands with several lakes.

C1 Espresso

Christchurch
Phone: 03 379 19 17

C1 Espresso is an iconic Christchurch caf located in the central city. We reopened in the old High Street Post Office after our original premises, established in 1996, were destroyed in the Canterbury earthquakes. We are renowned for our pioneering espresso, big breakfasts, and vibrant atmosphere. We're open from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

C1 proudly sources and produces many of its own products in a green and sustainable way. We're a creative team, and you'll notice that we do things a bit differently. At the heart of our caf is our passion for quality.

Order a set of sliders, delivered to your table through our pneumatic tubes. Try a Colombian cold drip or freshly squeezed orange juice on a hot summers day, or grab a coffee made to perfection by one of our talented baristas.

Established 1996. Re-established 2012.
