Professional Cricketer Blair Tickner has always had a passion for making coffee and following a nutritional diet to help him perform well on the park. This prompted Blair with wife Sarah to open 13th Stag in July 2019 with a full menu designed to meet the needs of high performing athletes.

13th Stag has a fully operational kitchen that provides athletes and supporters at the Sports Park with not only a healthy sit down menu, but also a full cabinet of food for customers seeking a takeaway alternative.

Blair has had plenty of experience working as a Barista in his off seasons, so understands the importance of making outstanding coffee to suit individual customer’s needs.
