Our menu changes regularly, guided by what is growing in our organic kitchen garden and sourced from local growers, producers and artisans throughout Central Otago. From estate-grown vegetables and fresh herbs to free-range eggs from our vineyard hens and olive oil pressed from our own organically farmed olive grove, many of the ingredients that shape our menus begin just metres from the kitchen.

Led by our talented culinary team, each dish is designed to showcase the best of the season while complementing our organic, single-estate wines.
