Highwater is a modern award winning inner-city restaurant and bar serving seasonal, flavoursome food, using traditional techniques to make nearly everything in-house.

We are owner operated and celebrate local, sustainable and ethical produce - working with local growers, and supporting like-minded suppliers and producers.

We have a carefully curated drinks list on offer with a selection of some of the best NZ & International wines from vineyards with sustainable viticulture and organic growing practices. We also offer a good selection of locally brewed beers and great coffee from our friends at Rich coffee.

Our dinner menu is designed to share and our Chef's menu is a popular option. Our brunch menu is more traditional and offers full dishes or build your own brunch options. We are always focussed on quality and flavour and provide a beautiful space with flexible dining arrangements in which to enjoy the Highwater experience.

We are currently offering Lunch Friday, Brunch & Lunch Saturday & Dinner Tuesday to Saturday.
