Established in 2012, our Neapolitan pizzeria is run by owners Alberto and Lorenzo, who are passionate about bringing the original flavors of Italy to every pizza. We’re proud to use premium ingredients imported directly from Italy, including our signature flour from one of the finest mills in the country – and we’re the only ones in town who get to call it our own!
Our pizzas are cooked to perfection in our woodfired oven, straight from Italy, at a scorching 450 degrees in under 2 minutes. Our dough is proofed for over 24 hours, allowing the flavors to develop and intensify, resulting in a truly authentic Neapolitan pizza experience. And, our head pizzaiolo, Alberto, isn’t just passionate about pizza – he’s a award-winning one too! A proud member of the Association of Neapolitan Pizza Chefs (APN), Alberto took 2nd place at the Caputo Cup in 2025, the first-ever pizza chef competition held in New Zealand.
